Hey, aren't we Investors too? "Quiet Periods" are understandable, while in process of acquisitions. Sorry but they have no other way to disclose an "NDA".

Flux makes money via equity in their shares- they have methodically pieced this together and they want as little resistance and debt as possible and for their investors to make a killing.. hey we can too if we just look and see what they are doing
