You guys actually believe that come January of 2016 Vapor Corp is going to convert Vpcou shares over to VPCO shares and dump them on a penny stock. Now That is very very funny.

I like to give my opinion on what might happen. If I may. I believe Vapor Corporation is going to be bought-out, or a bid takeover. Next the new leader is going to take the company private. Lead the stock market. This pps is so low all it takes is for some one to buy up most of the o/s and take over, that will only take a few million at the current price.Buy out the remaining shares and take this company private with 41 millions in the Kitty. Plus just say heck with the Units I don't won't them.

I believe this company will turn private way before those units come to turn. I smell an buyout or tender offer coming into play very soon. This company now has a very good sit-up. A very good cash flow, 12 Vape stores that is generating revenue, debt free business, and the best of all 41 million dollars in the kitty. What a chance for a beautiful walk-in take over.
