What is the fair valuation for the tape storage business? Before Sphere announced the buyout of OVRL it was trading at roughly 1/2 of the $81.13MM purchase price Sphere paid for it.

Without definitive traction of Glassware 2.0 virtualization business, Wall Street will treat ANY as the re-named OVRL. Fair valuation of $45MM-$50MM; that translations into $1.40/share with the current OS.
