A bottom and reversal only applies if the stock your taking about is driven by technical analysis. This isn't a chart play right now imo. As has been said by others, the powers that be are in control and they will do what they want for now with the control they have for the benefit of their folks. They could care less about technical analysis or a bottom or reversal at this point. This doesn't do anything you or other outsiders want it to do until they are done. When they are done, the reversal Will be very obvious! Until then, save your breath... Load the boat quietly.. This is a Patience play whether we like it or not..we've been told, could be 4 to 6 weeks. Anyone not patient enough to hold that long, theres a bid.
