Should be a big draw event. I like that it's on Sunday because Saturday's are already busy. Going back to back will help that weeks sales tremendously. Kicking up these event promotions it seems. The Belk sponsorship was smart. Give away some wine to promote the Pho House.

They are adding Cajun food to the menu. I stopped in a few weeks ago and they already had a temp menu on the tables including dirty rice and étouffée I believe. Now sushi maybe which will definately attract new business. I eat sushi at a few places around Pho House and will definately give them some business.
