Where does it say Drago bought shares? It doesn't - it says he has acquired shares. Why did you say he bought shares? It may have been a grant or award. Sounds like a ploy to entice people to purchase...

With pps below 1/2 cent, Baltia shareholders are closer to poverty than wealth.
