TCA defaulted us for not becoming fully reporting in time. We arranged to have the loan repaid by a third party. The lawsuit should go away as they are repaid, the max liability is what we already have on the balance sheet, what we borrowed. We prepaid interest on the loan through July. I don't believe this will have any impact on our business.
