Wow, I can sure see the obvious difference between "Technical Report compliant with NI 43-101" and a "43-101 compliant report". LOL - you kid, right?

No matter how you slice it, to be "compliant with 43-101" is to file a technical report with the BCSC and have said report be reviewed, and approved. USPR is not a Canadian filer, so why would they say such a thing, especially when the SEC is making a concerted effort these days to slap down companies for doing exactly that?
