Insiders may not be able to buy depending on what exactly is going on at the company. It might be considered insider trading if they knew when deliveries were going out and when payments were coming in. It might also be considered insider trading if they had information about any refinancing efforts.

At this point, I would rather they focus their efforts on running the company. I am dumbfounded that the share price has not increased at all. I am using this as an opportunity to add to my position. I am hoping that the market will see the error of their ways in 3-6 months but I don't really have a short term time line.
