Basically until the audit comes out you don't have anyone willing to pay the premium of the asking price as the market value has not been priced in and the market won't react accordingly until something significant occurs. I've told all my buddies that are interested in buying to accumulate on the bid and lock those shares up until we get further notice. No point in paying up if you don't have to. A couple whale slaps and we hit 1.00 I'm a hurry
