I for one am still more on the optimistic side of the fence. It is clear at this point that the inside interest is holding this to ensure they get their fair share of candy from the piñata when it's been hit lol. I'm the kid standing in the front waiting to pounce on the goods. The question is , can they make more money holding onto Patten or selling off the assets.
