I guess in the light of what is being said or not said as the case may be. The Reliance on the filings for information can shed light on happenings as well. The 8k shows the track record of dilution which has been occurring for unknown purposes, but one can speculate that it's to maintain day to day operations of the business and find new business or acquisitions through stock issuance instead of cash. The cash burn is high which puts an ever higher pressure on the issuance of stock to as far as we know are predatory lenders. These lenders loan the company money at a discounted stock price so when converted it floods the market with more shares driving the stock price down and the financiers of the money make a profit but the stock price is driven down further and there are more shares being sold for lower and lower prices.
This company needs money to maintain day to day operations. They need to find a way to control cash burn. They need to find a better financing mechanism other than the heavy Reliance on CD. They need to find a current business model that gives them liquidity to finance future business ventures with out such a heavy Reliance on CD.
