Dror would have to be a psychopath to not file fins after all he said.... I believe it is just a little delay... I am holding and buying and trying to get back some of the shares I had to sell before.... If you assume that he will file can you imagine the incredible move to follow... Look at what happened when he just said he would file... Plus all these places selling total vapor e-liquids--- It is in more and more places... In less he is insane there is way more money to be made playing it straight then doing a stupid pump and dump with a statement about fins coming... The selling is from the usual flippers with ten bucks in their pocket and a very bad attitude in general
