I can't recall exactly where, but i believe JN has gone on the record stating in essence the Panasonic IP has no bearing in our Patent applications. As Bucky has stated we have four (4) National Patent applications pending. We aren't waiting on anything, but each of four Patent agencies to make their own determinations. Based on the U.S. Patent examiners record it could conceivably take another year or longer before we get a determination here. Hopefully sooner, but the average length of time says we have a whole to go.
