How would a merger help us here in this position?

What would a merger do for the share price?

I am a new penny stock trader, and this is only my 2nd trade I ever made, I was in that hyped-up beverage stock, but sold for a small loss to buy 200,000 shares of this company OWOO seems like they have a better product with better distribution channels.

Im a Texan and am in Houston frequently so I am a big fan of this company being from Texas and all.

If anyone doesnt know what HEB is, that a pretty big deal too, like a wal-mart for food here in Texas, there must be 25 HEB in Austin TX alone, HEB kinda has a monopoly on the groceries in Texas and every HEB has a few giant toy isles in the front of every store, usually one for boys and one for girls. Always see the kids storming those isles when they go grocery shopping with their parents.

Seems like this was be far fetched to be a scam when they have a purchase order with Wal-mart for over 2900 stores nationa wide and they are already in HEB here in Texas (HEB IS BIG about support local products, so I think that relationship will be long-lived)
