Doing a bit of quick DD, TARC Industries/TARC Inc is indeed in Topeka KS. It is a home for retarded children which was started in 1954.

Since the fearless CFO is about 45 years old.. pretty sure he didn't start it nor does he own 100% of it.

Doing a quick search on the KS SOS, it can be seen that Crompton has nothing to do with TARC Inc or TARC Industries.

It clearly shows T.A.R.C. on the form filed.

No doubt it is Crompton's way of just doing some kind of tax diversion or something. WHo knows what the CFO is up to.

T.A.R.C. ... Thomas. Arthur. R. Crompton.... works for me.

Maybe R is Robert... Just a thought on what T.A.R.C. could stand for.
