Inabillity to pay utilty bills and Licence fee. Fact 6. Closure of Fencemaker as 'uneconomical' (no money). Fact 7. BoD dipping into private reserves to keep up the day to day running of the business. No money. Fact 8. No Filings. Why? Too embarrassing. Fact 9. No specific information about the so-called "Restructure". Fact 10. NO Public Notices with regard to updates because there's nothing to update after 8 months. Fact 11. They are almost broke.
