Virtual offices are quite useful. I've considered them in the past, as they provide answering service, mail, meeting rooms and free Internet at a fraction of the cost. MBHC probably isn't in the position to pay for a real office yet and it probably makes sense for them to utilize home offices and telecommuting employees.

There's no way of telling for certain unless someone visits if it is indeed 100% virtual or if they are paying for shared resources.
