and doing business. Means state doesn't know they exist, no EIN or other employee, employer numbers have been issued. No one to report taxes to. Legally they don't exist. Nevada is only worried about taxes from incomes in Nevada.
Same in Marion Iowa, No corporation, LLc LLP etc. State doesn't know they exist, no licenses, no one to report to, no reporting income to state. They don't legally exist.
Anyone could go to the state and register for the name of corp and force them to use another name.
So they have here & elsewhere created companies in other states to stick in their pockets on one hand, and refuse to operate as a legal entity of any state (besides Nevada)on the other.
And it's become a pattern. Never filed in Arizona.
And Matt same thing pattern.
They are either operating outside of state law, or aren't operating. And that's a pretty much PERIOD.
