I completely disagree with your rationale for the pps increase. We are witnessing a major and verifiable positive turning point for the company.

More important though, I find your suggestion that Ed violated a Memorandum of Understanding with a TEN-WEEK DURATION that occurred TWO YEARS AGO between Centric and Seergate misleading. This company did not own Seergate during the summer of 2013.
