if what I said above is where we're at then the RS one way or another does not make that much of a difference to us, but would make it more attractive for others

The NBA Rumor, if you think about it may just be BS, but not really that far fetched if they know someone(s) who know someone(s), and if it happens, most of those guys have more cash then me to invest here... ok all of those guys do...
