Why is $31 so special? I would think at this point it would be hard for someone to buy oil.

I would like to buy HAL but just don't see where growth will come from.

US doesn't need to import oil. We have enough to support our market. China is slowing and doesn't need as much.

If US and China don't provide growth in use who's left out there to buy oil of any significant?
