Did you make contact with Steve and discuss the issues that you and others had concerning growing concerns over stock price and dilution which with today's 8k just adds to it and other issues that have arisen through other questions submitted by others? The troubling issues is that all of this really is not necessary if the organization was upfront about things to begin with.
