TNGL Update / Comstock Royalty?

Comstock Royalty:
Rumors are that some big players could be in the neighborhood (Royal Gold, Silver Wheaton or Sandstorm)? All I know is that there is a lot activity going on at CR and no one is talking?

Look at the table on page 4 of the first link or the same table on page 13 of the second link. CEO Mark Ashley seems to think the TNGL stock price is going to $1.00, Travis Miller $1.50 (or likely higher). Draw your own conclusions.
