usually bod members are asked to join boards for their industry presence, not lack thereof... can you find anything industry related as in leader or even being involved in regarding es,dp or cj?

I am not sure everyone agrees with your perspective, but you certainly have a right to your opinion, but it is yours! Doctors and scientists are not always the ideal board members.
