No mention of Chad Johnson selling twice over the last week.....7500,000 and 4000,0000........ I guess they think people won't notice if they put out enough news....there are 23 states they could be selling product In every day ,but since Raymond c Dabney is involved it is in my best guess just another stock fraud company...he lied years ago about having two FDA submissions ready to go..... Never did have a lab or employees to further the effort ...hopefully the FBI will be fully engaged before the end of the month and all this will be sorted out and his bogat family trust frozen and defrauded investors made as whole as possible....his big phytiva scam was unbelievable giving a socalled division of the company away to an insider who proceeded to issue dozens of Dabney like press releases while selling shares claiming products and global business just around the corner even bray got involved in the fraud last year with her October release touting product release soon....then a big stall after x amount of shares were sold and the discovery of Kane's use of an unaccredited auditor..... Now they are supposedly developing cannabis based drugs under another Dabney symbol CBCA.....read their press releases ....lol....a total disaster out of the box.... They collapsed the stock price rather quickly now Johnson is dumping Cbis stock with no explanation to shareholders ,so I guess it's all about self enrichment once again,no matter what cheap crap they spew about finally growing a pot plant ....omg...lol....wtf...FBI
