That article tells us nothing we didn't already know. I find it hard to believe they would give money "because they believe in the company's growth and potential". More than like Wayne gave them a deal on buying cheap shares, which they will sell and dump into the market if the price ever rises.

I would highly doubt they would hold shares at this price without being able to dump them at a moments notice since they state they want no control in Monster Arts. Controlling 9% give them small voting rights, but Wayne holds all the shares and makes the final decision. Not like it matters.
