The truth is that someone is trying to downgrade Balita with false information. The Local FAA has it as a pass, and is having HQ reviewing it. FAA is not disclosing any information at this time and they aren't allowed to disclose any information outside of Baltia and FAA.

That information is disclosed on official documents, which has not been released yet. So at this time, we know nothing.
