I did call, left a detailed message, not as a shareholder, didn't even mention that, but as a potential customer. Still waiting for a return call. I also sent detailed emails with specs and my needs looking for a bid. Also, didn't mention being a shareholder, just a customer. Still waiting for a reply...I'm only 4 hours away, shouldn't have been complicated. Sad service at the least. Explains why they sold one unit in the entire U.S.
