At these levels, an R/S does absolutely no good. The moment they would do one, a sell-off always happens following, especially here in penny land. so after the sell-off, it would drop right back down here to where it is now. then management would announce increasing the A/S again...kinda like how they just did, which would allude to a lot of bashers theories that this a share selling scheme as management obviously isn't exactly renting an apartment here while they are trying to get this company going. If that's the case, then they are washing, rinsing, repeating as well. Run up price, dump newly printed shares, R/S....new PR, run up price and dump shares...R/S. Not much different than bashers and traders here. Sell high, buy low..W/R/R
