Im sorry, I should clarify my statements. I am often accused of obviscating. If you have held your shares for any period of time you should be safe. It may prove more difficult for shorts, whose shares are sometimes, electronically borrowed in order to fill an order. Those are the shares that are of dubious ownership. Ultimately, if you are a holder, you should be fine. If you are a short, pump and dumper, MM and there is a run up there MIGHT be some question as to actual ownership of the shares in question. Sorry for any confusion I might have caused. In the end, hopefully, it is the market manipulators who will get it in the end. The rear end that is. It would serve them right. IMHO
