Telemend and SPRV are in the exact same business. Employees that left the parent company of Telemend started SPRV, unhappy with the previous situation. This was all hot air to drive volume. SPRV would love to acquire Telemend for spite, but fact is they don't have the resources to pull it off. Telemend has been in this business a long time, formerly as Grey Owl Dental; and they unlike SPRV actuall generate large revenue.
