Geopulse Exploration, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Childs as the company's President and Treasurer, as well as a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Childs' appointment follows the resignation of Craig Osterhoudt as the company's President, Treasurer, and a director effective July 28, 2015.
Mr. Childs continues to build strong relationships in the Bakken Oilfield Region for the company's subsidiary, Dakota Energy Resources Corp.
"We are looking forward to all the opportunities lower oil prices have brought to the region. As we capitalize on our current contracted and permitted water resources, the company continues to expand its search for other areas of growth in the water and transfer services industry," stated Mr. Childs.
