In the news section on Telemends website under news, anything and everything about Supurva and a merge has been taken down. There is no longer any mention of Supurva. They seem to be doing much better then Supurva, so this deal possibly could be off the table. Again LOI'S mean very little in pink land, especially when they start to take so long to wrap up. Still could happen, but I bet on further DD we probably will find out deal is off table.
