It seems to me that this is a message specifically directed to the Long holders of Pbls. PA Issued a statement some time ago urging Longs to get a stock certificate to prove that they were legitimate holders of the stock. It was his way of spitting in the eyes of MMs. It may now be an indication of a large move in the near future. PA wants to make sure that his longs dont get caught in the ensuing chaos of an unverifiable share glut if the stock skyrockets. IMHO
