There was a delay with ECDP over the last 8 months hence the drop to .000's along with some notes being converted, but as of the last filing, THERE ARE NO MORE CONVERTIBLE NOTES .NOW, moving forward imo is a blessing in disguise for us down here quietly loading with such a low OS, AS, and float. They are now getting ready to get things moving forward again with the Water Gizzi launch in early September. ECDP announced the acquisition of 100% of the assets of the WaterGeeks Laboratory Inc., on Feb 3rd 2014. This was a sneaky way of going public under the radar. The company finalized an asset purchase agreement which includes the WaterGeeks™ trade name, trade dress, domain names, social media, e-commerce and manufacturing and supply processes.

ECDP purchased all of the WaterGeeks™ assets, goodwill and intellectual property for 46,692,500 restricted common shares. This acquisition will now allow Eco Depot Inc. to manufacture and distribute filtered water bottles and portable filtration products under its newly acquired “WaterGeeks™” Brand Name to consumers and retailers on a global, royalty-free basis.

This means ECO Depot keeps all the proceeds ECDP WaterGeeks Laboratory, Inc., manufactures portable water filtration products and the WaterGeeks Brand has been featured in several leading consumer magazines and television editorial features over the past few years. WaterGeeks Filtered bottles have been test marketed and sold at various select retailers including Target®, Neiman Marcus®, Wegmans® and Meijer® in the USA and at Home Outfitters® in Canada.
