After looking at the order book I don't think that manipulation is the heart of the issue (although it does seem present). The real issue is illiquidity. Volume will be the keep here. Historically we see better volume September through May. Once the volume picks up the spread will tighten and we will avoid the large volatility in price moves (both up and down). Edxc
