Amazing how a tiny bit of news - P1 trial, has everyone forgetting the 175,000,00 share proxy scam that was just perpetrated by pphm. Calling the issuance of 175m shares "routine" to avoid the broker non-vote issue is sleazy even for this bod. And now some think the 175m shares are for a deal with Astra - get real. I can find no company that ever did this. The shares are to fund operations and trials like this. That is what pphm said all along. Sometimes the simplest answer, even when distasteful, is the right one.
