Since management already own about 44 % of all shares, any further share issuance will dilute their stake. Also putting up $ 500,000 of your own money to fund operations is a pretty bullish sign regardless of the interest rate generated as you expect CAPC to stay in business and thrive, or st least do well enough to get your principal back. Do you know what are the protocols for taking a company private? Can they do it without a declaration or vote?

Wallach and Postal are placing a bet that the new product development and branding efforts will ramp up revenue and sales momentum. I suspect that the truth will be revealed in the next 2 quarters.

Its good to see that investors like yourself and dizzydon have a healthy level of skepticism.
