I assume you caught where MyECheck obtained a Services Agreement with Kokopay, Inc? Did you notice Seergate has an article from American Banker on their Seergate FB page from Jume 26th, 2014, written by Glen Fossella? Have you checked out other articles authored by Glen Fossella? I'm sure you did. You probably also noticed he's Harvard educated and is highly respected in the industry. Going back to your question, I wonder what Glen's opinion would be on whether Ed's patent will become worthless in the future? Funny, Glen is the owner of a B2B company called Kokopay, Inc. The Services Agreement was signed after Seergate was acquired by MyECheck, not prior. Kind of like Seergate landing the African bank, as that agreement also came after being acquired by MyECheck. Maybe you're better off asking Glen your question. While you're at it, travel to the Faster Payments Imperative for their Oct 6th afternoon session featuring speaker Dickson Chu, Glen's colleague at Ingo Money. Don't worry, if you missed these articles and miss these future in-person sessions on the future of payments, I'm sure there will be other opportunities to ask your question. I mean, how in the world could Check 21 "pull" technology help a B2B company better ACH "pull" clear timeframes. Piece of advice, do your homework first. Hey, recruit ThaiLove for help! He seems to think eMobile Pay runs on ACH, LOL.

You are welcome.
