silver100, It's not disturbing..It's smart for them to 'protect' it. After all to simply give those resources away doesn't achieve the State goals of economic and social welfare...However to 'Partner' Russia with foreign investment...Makes 'Perfect' sense! ;)

It bodes very well for AURC and NDOL and is consistent to what I have been saying all along....Nor is this 'news' new. It has been discussed by Russia numerous times before.

It has 'ZERO' negative affect on AURC, NDOL or ANY Other Russian-majority owned/operated entity ;)
