I think you and everyone else have completely missed my point. The point being, if Calvin and company have lied about there being an Excuse Vodka ready to go (150 days and counting with the TTB, when the average time it takes to approve a license is between 22 and 27 days), and their complete failure to even file for a California ABC liquor license (and it's unfathomable to believe that Calvin kept this from everyone else), then what else are they lying about? We know this is not their first lie (the Mucho Macho Michelada cups, remember?).

Go back and think about all the 'stuff' they have announced and supposedly did; all the products; all the partnerships and distributors they supposedly are/were/never were (?) working for/with.

Seriously, what else are they not telling us the truth about? I guess we'll find out, yes?

And think about this - Longoria and Berio have never experienced a publicly traded company before. They have never had so many tens upon tens of millions of shares issued to them. All that money just sitting there. If they can only get the price up to .02, .04, .10? Imagine the payday they are dreaming about. Greed has ruined more people, good and well intentioned people. They are probably looking at this as though 'their ship' has finally come in. I hope this is not their game, but it sure is possible.

Why people are not calling Calvin, and going down to their offices to ask him point blank about Excuse Vodka, is beyond me. Ask him to produce the 'original' applications for the TTB and the CA ABC. I know some of you are going to go down there anyway, so find out what's going on. I think maybe everyone is afraid of what they might find? Close your eyes, pretend it's not true, I guess.
