I'm not well versed on the science. Have there been any GLP toxicology studies, whether contradictory or supportive of the non-GLP findings?

Since the time of that post I found that Dr. Boniuk's share purchases line up very nicely with the cash interest payments that he's received on his debentures.
It's truly magical:
1. Lends money to the company.
2. Receives cash interest payments from company.
3. Receives additional interest in the form of shares.
4. Uses the cash interest payments to buy shares in the open market.
It's all perfectly proper and above board. Questions only arise when one fills in the blanks with actual numbers.
