More stupidity and blinding ignorance from SCRC's officially endorsed homophobic criminal JOSEPH ZAMPETTI:

There is info on flub regarding pimd not making $$$$. No figures are released so no one knows if they are making $$$ or not.

Only a flipper would continue to demonstrate zero understanding of the company he claims to be a long-term investor in. In SCRC's most recent SEC filing (the Q3'14 10Q), the company disclosed that during the most recently concluded quarter PIMD generated:

$65,900 in Product Revenues
$42,600 in COGS
$52,200 in Commissions in other Operating Expenses

...resulting in ($28,900) of Net Losses for the PIMD segment of SCRC's operations.

So already we see that PIMD is experiencing both very high COGS (65%) and a very high Commission/Op Expense rate (79%), and is a money-loser.

It may be possible that PIMD is now currently profitable, but even if it significantly cut expenses, the net profit that can contribute to overall SCRC earnings does not appear as if it can be material.

We need revenues to grow and we need to see expenses contained, just like with Main Ave. The Street has seen the only numbers made publicly available and they are unimpressive and do not justify an investment or any multiple to SCRC's sp. This is why it is critically important for SCRC to get not only the 2014 10K out but also the Q1'15 10Q and Q2'15 10Q, which also became officially delinquent as of last week -- and to rub salt in the wound, SCRC didn't even bother filing the requisite NT filing to notify the SEC and the market that it would be late.


Oh, and JOEY Z: The reason why you and your fellow CORE members are called criminals is quite simple -- because you ARE criminals. Same reason people call a horse a horse and call a spade a spade. It is what it is, and you are what you are. Pretty simple, n'est pas? I'm sorry you don't like having the light shining on you in this way to show the world who you really are, but there is one thing you can do to stop this if you really don't like being exposed: Begin disclosing your compensated status, immediately stop engaging in securities fraud, and immediately begin complying with Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 by including the required "I have been compensated by SCRC to promote the stock" disclosure in EVERY post, email, VM, text, and phone call where you bring publicity to SCRC in any manner.
