Why Uni-Pharma is not the merging partner as Jim perceives..imo

Uni-Pharma didn't come into play until August 2011...The provista Angel investors came along in February 2010.. Uni-Pharma is going to be the catalyst for Onko-Sure distribution overseas..The partnership with Pharmigene and Uni-Pharma along with SRL could be the catalyst for the CIT buyers..imo

The volume for RXPC shares began in May 2012 when the lenders/Angel investors converted their debt for equity..The volume didn't pick up until July 10, 2012 right before the GCDX Lung Cancer agreement..Volume picked up in late September 2012 during the Radient GCDX agreement..The volume didn't pick up until February 1, 2013 right before the SRL connection was announced..The next big volume day was in July 2013 when we spooked the angels and bought 94 million of their .0001 cheap shares..The next volume day was on my birthday in 2014 and then the Revocation announcement...Creeping buys in between...It is all about Radient/AMDL DX and Provista/GCDX for the reverse merger plans from 2010 LOI>>> The Uni/Pharmigene/SRL for distribution and possibly developing and buying CIT...imo
