Its great to have friends in high places.....and it looks like from the correspondence between incc/futl there are different entities within the local govt who want this to happen.....yes the water approval has conditions, of course it does, just like anyone else who has approval...and this is a temporary and necessary step until we have a well.......but what i really like is that the local govt seems to want this to happen...that is priceless!
