Sure...But why is there no record of DOMK being paid which would have been included in the 10 Q for April 2015 if it had happened? DOMK never got paid so Wazzamba never got paid...And if there was really something there it should be reflected in the MOBO 10 K filed August 2015...There is no mention I saw of Simbadeals or DOMK in anything since that 10Q you quoted...That puts it back to a "smoke screen" that did not happen..and of course a negative...unless someone can show where DOMK was actually paid or Wazzamba was paid nothing in that matters because it never happened...resulting in a null and void agreement.
