Someone is letting the manipulator influence their posting. Whom ever is making these little buys to prop it up is wasting their time. On the other hand, $30.00 oil would do little to influence the share price here. After all, they are not producing, and most folks holding know they wont be any time soon. This one will probably be huge, but it wont be for quite a while. Low oil prices I think we can agree will not be forever.
