Its pacer so you cant just link in.....You need a pacer account to log in then download the doc....If you want I can send an email with the .PDF which I downloaded...I'll send it to whoever wants to see it.

The reason we could see the other guys docs was he set up a Wix account and uploaded there but I'm no computer guru either...LOL.
