Sorry Chuck, my apology you maybe right. I was on the phone with my broker and he could not fine anything about the share being converted in six month. He even check the corp action website. like what I found in doing my research his research found some of the same information. We could not find much on VPCOU other than that it has it own ipo different from VPCO and the two ipo information shows they might be connective together. All that other stuff we could not fine. He call it something else.

Let's hope that the company shows the long term investors some gratitude for being loyal to the company and let this stock run hard next week. But he did said the company had a good financial quarterly report and press release. Plus he subjective that I go and visit the 2 new stores. Let's see what happen.
